Shop policies
These policies cover the independent Donut Exchange shop at donutexchange.store. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or DonutSMP.
Independent marketplace and game rules
DonutSMP’s published terms prohibit unauthorized third-party trading. Using an independent marketplace may lead to account restrictions, bans or item removal. Donut Exchange cannot override those rules or guarantee your account’s standing. Read DonutSMP’s current terms before ordering. Our shop support and refund policies still apply.
Orders and digital delivery
Money and items are digital goods delivered on DonutSMP. Enter the exact recipient username, including the dot for Bedrock players, and check the character preview before paying. A skin preview does not authenticate ownership. Items marked out of stock cannot be ordered. Coins enter automatic delivery after payment is confirmed. For spawners, request delivery in Your orders while the recipient is online, with inventory space on clear, level ground. A successful payment page is not a delivery receipt. If delivery is interrupted, the original paid order stays saved.
Prices and currency
Money has a base price of C$0.05 per million in-game coins. You can choose a supported currency; your final quote and Stripe checkout use that same currency. Quotes expire after ten minutes. A reserved order retains its original amount. Currency amounts are rounded to the payment provider’s smallest supported unit. Your bank may charge its own fees. Minimum card-payment amounts apply.
Donut+ monthly
Donut+ gives 25% off money and item orders. The exact monthly price and currency are shown before subscribing and remain fixed for that subscription. Billing renews monthly until you cancel future renewals in Your shop. Paid access continues until its paid period ends. The membership fee is not discounted and does not earn spending rewards. Existing subscriptions keep their original terms.
Active Donut+ members with a linked Discord account can choose a custom referral link, connect the cosmetic Donut+ Supporter role in our community, and personalise their invite name. Custom names can be changed once every 30 days; existing links stay bound to their original account. The supporter role follows the membership’s paid access period. Everyone signed in with Discord can request a restock of an existing sold-out product. These requests indicate interest and do not reserve inventory or promise a restock date. You may opt in to a Discord restock alert and cancel it before it is sent.
Spending credit and referrals
Each complete Canadian dollar of paid goods value earns one point after the whole order is delivered; one point is one Canadian cent of promotional shop credit. Credit is displayed in your selected currency. You can apply credit to up to 10% of an eligible future order after other discounts, subject to payment minimums. It is not withdrawable cash or an in-game balance.
A new customer can use a friend’s invite name for 5% off their first eligible order, after any Donut+ discount. Its goods subtotal must be worth at least C$5 before discounts. After full payment and delivery, the referrer earns 25 points. There is a limit of ten referral rewards per UTC day. Self referrals, repeat recipients, cancelled orders and refunded orders do not qualify. Rewards are tied to the private shop account and exact recipient. Refunds or disputes reverse rewards earned; if credit was already used, future earnings first cover the reversed balance.
Coupons and promotional store credit
Admins may issue percentage-off codes or store-credit codes, with expiry dates, account restrictions and redemption limits shown when issued. Sign in with Discord to use a code. A credit code can be claimed once per eligible account; its expiry controls when it can be claimed. Claimed credit carries forward in the account, is denominated in Canadian dollars and is shown in the selected shop currency. Promotional credit can buy goods and has no cash withdrawal or transfer feature. It cannot pay for Donut+ subscriptions.
Percentage coupons apply after any Donut+ goods discount and cannot combine with a first-order referral discount. Store credit and earned reward credit are separate; earned rewards retain their 10% redemption limit. Checkout reserves credit and coupon uses for the original order. A verified expired checkout returns reserved credit and releases an unused coupon reservation. A completed coupon use remains consumed after a refund or dispute. A full refund returns promotional credit used on that order; disputed tender stays held for review. Orders fully covered by promotional funding still require a completed, verified checkout before delivery and do not earn paid-order rewards.
Problems, cancellations and refunds
Contact support with the order reference for an undelivered, incorrect, duplicate or disputed order. Do not pay again or request a second transfer to resolve an uncertain delivery. We review the original payment and native delivery evidence before taking action. Refunded or disputed goods are not automatically made available for resale. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals; contact support separately about a payment already made. These policies do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Privacy and account access
The shop stores the recipient’s username and resolved identifier, order/payment references, delivery evidence, reward history and subscription status. Stripe handles payment details; the shop does not store card numbers or Minecraft passwords. Minecraft, Geyser and PlayerDB services resolve player identities; MCHeads supplies character images. Frankfurter supplies currency rates. The browser remembers your currency, optional friend invite and basket selections. Public reviews are optional and available only after a confirmed goods order is fully delivered, including an order funded by verified store credit. Complimentary admin orders do not qualify. If you choose to publish a review, its text, rating, product type and date appear publicly as “Verified buyer”; your player name, order reference and payment details are not published. Reviews stop appearing if the related order is refunded or disputed.
Your orders, rewards and membership belong to a private shop session. Save the private access key in Your shop to restore access on another device or domain. Keep it private. Support can review privacy requests while retaining records required for payment, fraud and delivery reconciliation.
Discord accounts and welcome reward
Continue with Discord on the Account page and approve the Donut Exchange application in Discord. This links your Discord profile and adds the application to your personal Discord account. Your account keeps your shop orders, membership and rewards accessible across devices. We store your Discord identifier, username, display name and avatar reference to provide the account; we do not request access to your private messages or email.
One 1M-coin welcome reward is available per Discord account and exact Minecraft recipient, subject to available stock. Confirm your recipient and be online before claiming. A welcome reward is promotional in-game currency, not a paid goods order; it earns no spending or referral credit. An interrupted reward remains saved for review and must not be claimed or paid again. Signing out ends this browser’s account session; it does not delete your orders or membership.
Discord receipts and private order tickets
Linked accounts may receive receipts, delivery updates and requested restock alerts from the shop bot. After a confirmed goods order, a private order ticket is created if you belong to our Discord server. Only your linked account, the shop bot and authorized staff can access the ticket, subject to Discord server administrator permissions. It contains the order summary and delivery status, never card details or sign-in credentials. Completed tickets become read-only unless staff keeps them open. Closed DMs or Discord outages do not prevent delivery through the website.
